COMPANY IN
Our Company In program allows you to see the best candidates available in a short period of time. Make an appointment to come into our office to interview prospective employees. We will have the best four or five applicants that we have recruited and pre-screened for your position ready to interview. The applicants will then meet with the hiring manager in half hour periods. This will allow you to see a wide spectrum of the talent available at that point in time. Our system is designed to save the employer time. Usually the hiring manager can tell within the first 20 minutes of an interview if there is potential for a possible hire. In our system, the hiring manager can see a number of prospects in a few hours.
